The werebeast and human quest are use jumping while the wing elf quest is use flying. The most frustrated quest is human quest, last time I tried to jump but not success until I asked male char to carry me to the top. Here's the youtube that can show you how to jump:

Didn't they run us through a basic tutorial in the begining? Are you talking about the jump quest in Etherblade City? Just hug the pillar and double jump. DONT go the the cliffs and DONT use the house. Hug the wall...
