My character is a Venomancer and I'm on a Pet Quest right now. I have to catch this Spirit Beast with this net and a meatloaf, and those things are in my Mission Items inventory, and I can't get to them. When I hover my mouse over them, a little message pops up that says "Can't use, trade . . . blah blah blah", can't remember the rest, but that's basically the gist.

So, how the heck do I get those items out so I can use them for my mission? I'm stuck! Help!

Start NPC: Pet Skill Trainer Hu (257 644)

1) Kill Rhinodrake Plainswalker to get the required item. They are close to Broken Bridge Village

2) Go lay the nets you were given on the white flowers. They are located at the Desert of Echoes (209 587) Southwest of City of the Lost.

3) Once you lay the traps, go the campfire at the same location and click on it. A monster should come out (Sacred Beast). Lead it into the middle of the flowers, and just wait until the nets trap it. It is invulnerable, so don't waste time trying to kill it.

4) Return to Pet Skill Trainer Hu (257 644)


*Once you finish this quest you will be able to learn your new Tame skill so you can capture pets.

Go to the Pet trainer NPC near the Venomancer skill NPC.

In the list there's things like related mission/quest and trade and another one called tame beast. There should be two skills waiting for you there and all you have to do is click on them.

I think when you walk up to the white flowers the net will automatically set itself.
