Circulation Quests
Repeatable
These are repeatable quests which you can do over and over again. Some quests require that you wait a certain period of time to complete, and some do not.
Rewards
Rewards range from EXP, SP (Spirit Points), Items and Gold. You will usually receive more, or better, rewards based on what level you are.
Reputations
One of the most important rewards is reputation. You are rewarded 1 reputation (2 for lv41+ and 3 for lv81+) as well as a Celestone Fragment when you finish a Circulate "Solo Mission" quest (you typically receive these quests from town guards). Reputation enables you to get certain quests in the future and better exp and prizes as well as equipment upgrades. The easiest way to get reputation is to do all of your quests for each level and do as many Call to Duty (dungeons) as you can. If you are out of quests, I suggest doing the circulate Solo Mission quests. Have fun!
*There are also a rare few circulate quests (such as Tiger-Striped Araneids for lv31-35 players) in which you are awarded more rep than usual along with a small amount of bonus gold, exp and spirit for each cycle.

One Man Army is something that you can actually do in a party. These types of quests are sorta like "makeups" for people who don't do quests and need reputation. So they have to do "One Man Army" quests over and over again to get a good amount of reputation.
